Biography
Born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1987
Live in Eniwa,Hokkaido.
Deformed portraits and what she saw in the garden at her birthplace in her early childhood often appear in her paintings. Through these imagined sceneries, she goes beyond time and space to see her surroundings, relation to other people and to the world, and the presence of her and the people around. Awarded the grand prize of the TURNER ACRYL AWARD 2008.
