Biography
Born in Sapporo, Japan in 1978
Lives and works in Sapporo, Japan
Hiroshi Takeda has searched for his own identity through a wide range of approaches such as abstract paintings, installation, and live performance. He employs “the existence of a painting” as the motif of his painting works. In his installation, he has curated other artists’ exhibitions, and played collaborative performance with other film artists and musicians to explore the possibility of creation.
