Born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1960
Lives and works in Sapporo, Japan

端聪很多的前卫作品,让他在日本现代美术的领域中处于了先导者的地位。他也受邀参加了上海现代美术馆等很多国内外的美术馆的展览会。近年来,他更是拓宽了其活跃的领域,担任了囊括芭蕾、音像、舞台美术、音乐、现代舞蹈等构成的综合艺术的监督工作。
